| Q1: Do I have to pay to join the Landis ONE Club? |
A1: No. Landis ONE Club membership is free of charge. |
| Q2: What benefits do I get from joining the Landis ONE Club? |
A2: When you join the Landis ONE Club, you can earn reward points redeemable for
fantastic gifts when you stay at any of our nine hotels in Taiwan and China.
These hotels are The Landis Taipei, Tayih Landis Tainan, Yoho Landis Beach Resort, Landis Inn Lotung,
Landis Resort Yangmingshan, Pause Landis Wulai , along with the chicly designed Hotel ONE Taichung
and Hotel ONE Suzhou. |
| Q3: How do I apply for Landis ONE Club membership? |
Go to www.landisoneclub.com to apply online, or ask for a Landis ONE Club membership application form at any of our hotels. |
| Q4: General Member and Platinum Member – what’s the difference? |
A4: General members receive one reward point for every NT$50 or Rmb10 spent on eligible accommodation. Platinum members will receive a 25% bonus on base points earned during your stay. |
| Q5: Why must I provide an ID or passport number when I apply for Landis ONE Club membership? |
A5: We use your ID or passport number as the username for your Landis ONE Club account. Taiwanese nationals may use a government-issued ID number. Non-Taiwanese nationals can use their passport number. |
| Q6: How do I activate my Landis ONE Club membership? |
A6: Our system will automatically send an authentication message to the email account you provide when you apply for membership. To activate your account, simply click on the link provided in the email. |
| Q7: How many different membership accounts may I apply for? |
A7: Each person is only allowed to have one Landis ONE Club membership. Should you attempt to create more than one account, your membership may be cancelled and all the reward points earned forfeited. |
| Q8: I applied for Landis ONE Club membership for the first time, but the systems says my ID number has already been used to create an account. What should I do? |

| Q11: How do I sign into the Landis ONE Club website? |
A11: To sign in, please visit the Landis ONE Club website, www.landisoneclub.com, and enter your username and password. |
| Q12: How do I retrieve my username or password if I forget them? |
A12: Click on the “Member Service” on the Landis ONE Club website and choose “Check Your Username and Password”. Our system will send your username and password to the email you provided when you signed up. |
| Q13: Can I log into the Landis ONE Club website as a member immediately after I complete the application? |
A13: No. Your Landis ONE Club membership will only be activated once we have verified your email account. You will have to click on the link provided in the authentication message sent to your email following your application process. |
| Q14: Do I have to reenter my username and password when booking a room on the member website even if I have already logged in? |
A14: When you are on the member website and you click the link to book a room, to the system will ask you to reenter your username and password to complete the booking process. This is to ensure transaction security. |

| Q15: Where can I find information on exclusive offers for Landis ONE Club members? |
A15: Information on special deals for members can be found in the Members’ Exclusive section under Special Offers on the Landis ONE Club website. |
| Q16: As a member, do I get reward points for all my expenditures on accommodation at the Landis? |
A16: Landis ONE Club members can earn reward points for eligible stays at each of the Landis hotels participating in our program. |

| Q17: Can I earn reward points before I confirm my account? |
A17: Yes. You can begin collecting reward points immediately after you complete the registration. Upon approval by the Landis ONE Club, you must authenticate your account before you can accumulate any point and to access to other members’ privileges. |
| Q18: How do you grant reward points to members? |
A18: The Landis ONE Club membership program includes general members and platinum members. General members will get one point for every NT$50 or Rmb10 spent on eligible accommodation at a Landis hotel in Taiwan or China, respectively, while platinum members will receive a 25% bonus on base points earned during your stay. Dollar amounts eligible for reward points will be rounded down to the nearest NT$50 or Rmb10.

| Q19: When will you convert my accommodation expenditures into reward points? |
A19: Our system will deposit your reward points into your account around five workings days after you check out. |
| Q20: Can I use points on the same day as I earn them? |
A20: No, because we need at least 5 working days to deposit the points into your account. |
| Q21: How do I know how many points I have earned? |
A21: Simply log onto the Landis ONE Club website and click the Member Service index to check your reward point balance and to see records of related expenditures and redemptions. |
| Q22: How long are my reward points good for? |
A22: Reward points are valid for three calendar years. So for example, points earned on October 11, 2009 would be good through December 31, 2011 and would be invalid thereafter. |
| Q23: Do you remind members when their reward points are about to expire? |
A23: Our system will notify you by sending an email to the account you provided at registration. |
| Q24: Can I earn points when I stay with a tour group? |
A24: Sorry, but the Landis ONE Club program does not apply to tour groups. In some cases, Landis ONE Club members may not earn reward points for their stays. These include, but are not limited to, wholesale tour packages, room rates offered to partner airlines and travel agencies, payment made by gift vouchers or other forms of cash equivalent, stays free of charge, stays paid for with reward points, and special room rates for groups, promotions and employees. Expenditures associated with the abovementioned categories are also not eligible to earn reward points.

| Q25: What if there is a discrepancy between the number of reward points credited to my account and my accommodation expenditures? |
A25: If you feel there has been in error in calculating your reward points, please contact the hotel at which you stayed, or call us at (02) 2592-8469. |

| Q26: Can I return or exchange gifts which I have acquired by using my reward points? |
A26: Gifts from the Landis ONE Club cannot be returned or exchanged. |
| Q27: Is my personal information safe? |
A27: All the information you provided will be monitored and managed by our team. By registering for membership in the Landis ONE Club, you agree to allow your personal information to be accessed by the Landis ONE Club, hotels within the Landis Group, as well as our partners in other industries. Your information may help us in providing you with information regarding products and packages in which you might be interested, such as hotels, plane tickets, consumer products and other special offers. By registering for membership in the Landis ONE Club, you also agree that we may at times access information regarding dietary preferences, health issues, and other personal information.

| Q28: Do I need to update my mobile number or email address if they change? |
A28: Yes. Please keep us informed regarding any changes to your contact information. We will not take any responsibility for mail that is lost, delayed, stolen or otherwise impaired as a result of inaccurate contact information.

| Q29: Do I have to redeem my reward points online? |
A29: Yes. Members must log onto the Landis ONE Club website with their username and password in order to redeem their reward points for a gift. |
